MyReport Spine & brain MRI

Our terms, your words.

Your MRI report, in plain terms.

Paste anonymized report text. MyReport explains what each finding means, quotes the exact sentence behind every explanation, and tells you what to ask your doctor next. It never uploads anything.

The tool

Three steps. No account. No upload.

Everything below runs on your device. The translation engine is deterministic — no AI model, no server, no retention.

01

Paste your report

Use an example, or paste the FINDINGS and IMPRESSION sections.

0 / 12,000 characters
02

Confirm it’s de-identified

The scanner is a backstop, not a guarantee. You are responsible for what you paste.

De-identification scanner

Checks for common identifier patterns as you paste — names, dates, record numbers, phone, email.

03

Translate

Every explanation is quoted against your exact report text.

Runs entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded or stored. The automatic scan is a backstop, not a guarantee. You, not this tool, are responsible for de-identifying any text you enter.

Plain-terms summary
How it works

How your report is explained.

No language model interprets your report. A fixed clinical glossary maps the exact terms in your text to plain-language explanations — the same input always produces the same output.

01

Term matching

The engine scans your text for known radiology terms across spine, brain and joint imaging, and quotes the exact sentence each explanation comes from.

02

Plain-language mapping

Every matched term resolves to a vetted explanation with anatomical context — what the structure is, what the finding means, and what it doesn’t mean.

Every explanation passes a three-step check before it reaches you: we source it from published medical journals, confirm it against trusted clinical databases, and a clinician reviews the final wording.

03

Safety guardrails

Red-flag phrases surface with explicit “ask your clinician” prompts. Anything the engine can’t verify against your text is labeled unexplained, never guessed.

Privacy

Your report never leaves this page.

There is no account, no analytics on report text, no retention. The architecture is the privacy policy.

  • In-memory only. Report text is processed in your browser’s memory and discarded when you leave.
  • Zero retention. Nothing is logged, stored, or transmitted to any server.
  • Blocked by design. If the scanner detects identifiers, translation refuses to run until you remove them.
  • Anonymized input only. Strip names, dates, and record numbers before pasting — the checklist above walks you through it.
